Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchanges:

ADI will exchange any products purchased from us. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.

Refunds:

Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

No refunds or returns on cylinders, actuators, or special order items.

All products sold by ADI are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt. If the items seem damaged or used, please report this to us immediately. No returns will be accepted of used items!
